Ride Time: Aprx. 3 Hours Full Description This ride leaves Blue Jay Point County Park at 10 AM and is a 45 mile ride to Creedmoor, making a loop around Falls Lake. This route has been mapped on Bikely.com at the following link: http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/NCBC-Creedmoot-Loop There are two stops along the way at C-Stores, but we recommend bringing 2 bottles and nutrition. This is an intermediate level ride – we hold a 15-17 mph pace over the 45 mile distance of the ride. Parking is located at the first available left turn near the visitors center. There are at least two C-stores for rest stops. There are a handful of short climbs, but nothing too intense. The last 3 miles of the ride are completely flat. A helmet, water, spare tube, patch kit and pump are required to have on hand for your bike. Glasses are highly recommended. Riders leave the parking lot at 10 AM.
